The Vice President, Health Plan Sales is responsible for driving strategic growth across national and regional health plans by leading new business acquisition and expanding Tivity Health’s health plan relationships. This executive leader will develop and execute go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth across Medicare Advantage, Commercial, Medicaid, and emerging health plan opportunities.
This role requires a proven healthcare executive with deep health plan expertise, strong C-suite relationships, and a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable revenue growth. The VP will collaborate closely with Product, Client Relations, Marketing, Growth Operations, Network, and Executive Leadership to position Tivity Health as a strategic wellness and longevity partner.

The salary range for this opportunity is $142,000 to $200,000. This role also includes commission. Compensation depends on several factors: qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
