Description/Responsibilities

We're looking for a motivated Product Manager to help shape how Medicare members experience fitness and wellbeing through our newest product. This isn't just about building features — it's about creating a guided, engaging, and personalized journey that helps members reach their goals every day.

In this role, you will partner closely with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Design, Research, Data, and Engineering to help define and execute on the product roadmap. You'll contribute to product strategy while driving day-to-day execution, ensuring we deliver an experience that helps members seamlessly access the tools they need and convert to paid subscribers.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Contribute to Product Vision – Help shape the user experience strategy, ensuring it aligns with Tivity's mission and member needs.
  • Own the Conversion Funnel – Drive strategy and execution across the full conversion journey, from awareness through paid subscription.
  • Prioritize and Execute – Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and data teams to prioritize features and ship impactful releases.
  • Understand Member Needs – Use qualitative and quantitative insights to uncover member behaviors, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Measure and Iterate – Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement, conversion rates, and feature usage to identify areas for optimization.
  • Communicate Progress – Share updates, insights, and blockers with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency on your product areas.
  • Stay Current – Keep up with best practices in UX, personalization, and fitness tech to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably with consumer-oriented products
  • Experience optimizing conversion funnels and driving subscription growth
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and customer journey mapping
  • Proven track record of working with engineering and design teams to ship products
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
  • Comfort using data to inform product decisions
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field a plus. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.

The salary range for this opportunity is $88,700 to $124,200. Compensation depends on several factors: qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

Tivity Health offers a robust benefits package, which includes a competitive salary, company bonus potential, medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, generous paid time off, free gym membership to over 13,000 fitness locations in the US, and other great benefits.
