The Vice President of Strategic Growth and Partnerships is a senior leadership role reporting to the Chief Strategic Development Officer. This leader will be responsible for accelerating business velocity to reach our ambitious growth goals and will have the opportunity to lead and rotate across various key strategic priority areas over time. This role has two main responsibilities, both of which center on driving commercial success: (1) accelerating our commercial market presence by seeking and enabling strategic partnerships and (2) driving strategic initiatives internally - as a business owner for strategic partnerships, new business lines or new market opportunities – to enable their go-to-market success.
As a strategic product partnerships leader, the VP of Strategic Growth and Partnerships will identify and execute partnerships in key areas aligned to our strategic goals and vision. This is an externally facing role, responsible for both executing the “deal” as well as ongoing partnership management.
As a strategic builder, the VP of Strategic Growth and Partnerships will combine deep market insights, hands-on go-to-market testing and refining, and end-to-end operating models to drive growth in unproven or emerging areas. The role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution – acting as an internal “evangelist” to translate strategic opportunities into tangible commercial across the organization.
Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving strategy through execution in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. This leader should have a background as a builder and innovator as well as experience driving partnerships or joint ventures, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results on high-impact projects. This leader must be an exceptional communicator, able to influence at all levels and foster collaboration across departments. Primary Responsibilities
The salary range for this opportunity is $175,000 to $215,000. Compensation depends on several factors: qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
