Description/Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager, Practitioner Network Development is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for expanding and retaining our network of practitioners, leading our team of Practitioner Recruiters in the selection, development, expansion, and contracting of practitioners.

  • Lead and manage network development activities in new and existing markets and ensure that practitioner network meets standards for member access and program quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies for network development, expansion, and contracting of practitioners across all product lines.
  • Interact with current, new, and prospective Clients and/or internal Client teams to ensure network expectations are understood, communicated, and implemented within the Recruitment and Practitioner Services teams.
  • Coordinate network changes with Operations, Client Relations/Account Management, Marketing, and all other appropriate departments and design processes to improve inter-departmental communication.
  • Represent network development on cross-functional teams and meetings, including new market rollout and product development.
  • Produce and distribute indicator reports including nominations and prospects.
  • Manage a team of 10+/- colleagues and contractors
  • Create, document, and implement or recommend process improvements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of database design enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in practitioner network development and sales preferred.
  • Prior experience in leadership role/people management required.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and reimbursement structures.
  • Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities.
  • Analytical with problem-solving aptitude.
  • Interpersonal relationship and people leadership skills.
  • Excellent PC skills including proficiency with MS Office software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

The salary range for this opportunity is $70,300 to $96,000. Compensation depends on several factors: qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
