    The Senior Marketing Manager’s core responsibility is to develop and implement Tivity Health’s health plan marketing objectives to drive increased member enrollment, engagement and participation by managing the health plan marketing team, executing marketing strategies to create value for our customers, and increasing revenue based on company goals. The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President of Marketing to lead all co-branded marketing strategies. This position will be a cross-functional leader who has the ability to successfully partner with multiple departments, in order to achieve desired business outcomes.

    1. Oversee the implementation of objectives, strategies and tactics in the areas of health plan co-branded marketing including campaigns utilizing traditional and digital marketing strategies.
    2. Lead a team of marketing specialists to develop strategic co-branded marketing plans based on customer (health plan partner) expectations and objectives.
    3. Serve as cross-functional leader across client relations, brand marketing, digital marketing and creative, to develop and execute campaigns to drive increased engagement and participation of SilverSneakers members at the largest national client levels.
    4. Lead day to day activities of the marketing team to ensure company and individual goals are met.
    5. Manage strategic positioning, design and production of communications materials distributed to our customers.
    6. Develop and maintain all health plan marketing best practices to ensure consistency across accounts and continued operational efficiency and excellence.
    7. Achieve financial objectives by managing an annual health plan marketing budget.
    8. Maintain marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
    9. Develop and maintain competitive information database, as well as, market information on health plans and CMS.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
    • Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing required.
    • Experience in a management role with a successful track record in building and managing the marketing function.
    • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience managing people
    • Detailed knowledge of the health care industry and Medicare Advantage health plans
    • Detail-oriented, strong work ethic excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, channel strategy, and campaign management
    • Creative approach with the ability to step outside of the box.
    • Growth mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo
