This position is the SME for all HR systems providing direct support to the HR department, employees and management team. The HR Systems Analyst has primary responsibility for the administration and maintenance of HRIS processes and systems. However, as workload allows this position will have secondary responsibilities for other applications (ex. Accounting, Finance, and Sales). This position will assist subject matter experts with testing of system changes, report writing, interface creation and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
