  • Description/Responsibilities

    This position is the SME for all HR systems providing direct support to the HR department, employees and management team. The HR Systems Analyst has primary responsibility for the administration and maintenance of HRIS processes and systems. However, as workload allows this position will have secondary responsibilities for other applications (ex. Accounting, Finance, and Sales). This position will assist subject matter experts with testing of system changes, report writing, interface creation and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.


    Essential Functions:

    • Provide end user support across all HR Systems; HRIS, Applicant Tracking and Performance Management
    • Serves as a primary support point-of-contact for all HR Systems.
    • Develop, maintain, and support a variety of dashboards and standard/specialized reports.
    • Deliver/schedule routine reporting and respond to data requests utilizing standard reporting and Cognos/BI.
    • Maintain necessary change control documentation for changes to HR Systems.
    • Develops interfaces and imports between HR systems and other ancillary systems and external vendors excluding benefit vendors.
    • Find ways to leverage technology to improve business processes for end users and make recommendations on technology and processes.
    • Provide support to the HR Team, to include researching and resolving issues and opening and tracking cases ensuring resolution.
    • Manage all facets of HR Systems security and complete required SOX documentation.
    • Develop user guides and process documentation for tasks and processes.
    • Provide training for End Users (I.e., Recruiters, Managers, etc.).
    • Provide excellent customer service and timely response to inquiries and issues.
    • Assist with supporting other applications within Corporate Systems as the need arises


    • 5+ years in HRIS technology support or equivalent work, including maintaining business rules, creating reports, workflow administration, etc.
      • Experience with UltiPro Highly Preferred
    • Experience with supporting Recruiting (iCIMS) and Performance Management (ReviewSnap) applications is a plus.
    • 2+ years human resources experience to include working knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
    • Experience with report writing tools (Cognos Business Intelligence Reporting/Informatica Cloud).
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and VLOOKUPs.
    • Results driven and proficient in interpreting, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical and data problems.
    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Impeccable attention to detail.
    • Maintain confidentiality.
    • Shift gears and reprioritize as needed.
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
    • Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and communicate with technical and non-technical users.
    • Willingness to learn new applications within Corporate Systems
