We are seeking an innovative fast-paced creative and tactical Senior Account Executive for our direct to consumer fitness program. The direct to consumer product line has achieved over 50 percent growth the last two years. Responsibilities include marketing strategy, managing customer relationships and sales efforts to promote products for over 20 health plan partners, employers and directly to the consumer.
Client/Consultant Management: Nurture and develop overall business relationships with assigned accounts. Establish and/or improve positive strategic relationships with client. Resolve customer issues including resolution of technical and/or customer service problems. Conduct formal periodic review meetings with clients to review performance, surface any threats and opportunities, and discuss new ideas and solutions.
Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans for clients designed to ensure account retention and increase consumer awareness and enrollment/retention in our program. Ensure revenue targets are achieved for assigned accounts. Discuss customer issues and identify creative solutions to those issues. Partner with the Tivity Product Manager to bring the voice of the customer to our product roadmap.
Marketing Strategy: Partner with clients, Tivity product manager and marketing agency to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive program growth through enrollment and retention.
Implementation and Service Delivery: Lead the implementation and service delivery of new accounts. Improve and maintain the implementation process and ensure consistency and success of implementations. Ensure that implementation activities are achieved on schedule and as required.
Contract Expansion/Up-sell/ Renewal: Aggressively identify and pursue opportunities for contract expansion. Use consultative selling practices to uncover issues related to the customers needs and proactively identify solutions to customer issues by linking opportunities to contract scope expansion. Maintain knowledge of competitor's sales activities and general competitive intelligence.
Reporting: Prepare necessary data, reports and course of action in managing and renewing clients (e.g. monthly, quarterly and/or annual reporting) as needed. Review and analyze reports for accuracy and outcomes needed to satisfy the client and make recommendations on future opportunities. Present reports to senior executives.
