  • Description/Responsibilities

    The FLEX Network Liaison is the liaison between the fitness instructor network of providers and our eligible members. Responsibilities include driving FLEX growth and promoting the FLEX program, recruitment of instructors, managing instructor relationships, monitoring member experience, ensuring achievement of service level objectives, driving day to day FLEX program operations and program quality assurance.

    1. Execute action plans to increase member engagement and drive participation.
    2. Communicate regularly with fitness instructors, monitor program quality, and provide program updates.  
    3. Provide support to sales, marketing and client relations teams to promote FLEX Program including identifying opportunities for increased utilization of program.
    4. Collaborate with FLEX leadership regarding red flag issues, incident reports, etc. and execute contingency strategies to minimize recurring concerns.
    5. Assist in implementing FLEX Program in new markets.
    6. Coordinate and attend community events for expanded awareness and promotion of Tivity Health fitness products and services as requested.
    7. Assist new FLEX instructors with new processes which may include training of new technology, assisting with completing required documents and following up with outstanding issues for instructors to support program goals.
    8. Establish and maintain accurate and complete records of all communications and conversations with instructors.
    9. Complete requests for lead generations (cold calling).
    10. Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing/communication/health-related field/ fitness/business is preferred.
    • 2+ years’ experience in managed care, fitness industry, sales/marketing, or client services
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Ability to deliver effective presentations
    • Knowledge of healthcare and/or fitness industry
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
    • Detail-focused, good event and project planning skills
    • Ability to function independently with little supervision
    • Occasional travel required
