  • Description/Responsibilities

    The Sr. Flex Liaison is the link between our client relations internal partners, the fitness instructor network of providers and our eligible members. Responsibilities include driving member engagement and promoting Instructor-Led Activity (ILA) fitness programs and other fitness products, recruitment of instructors, managing instructor relationships, monitoring member experience, ensuring achievement of service level objectives, driving day to day ILA program operations and program quality assurance. Develop and execute action plans to increase member engagement and drive participation.

     

    1. Implement strategies and assist with managing ILA program operations to ensure achievement of contracted obligations.
    2. Communicate regularly with fitness instructors, monitor program quality, and provide program updates.
    3. Present regular updates (including outcomes data) on ILA Program to stakeholders as needed.
    4. Provide support to sales, marketing and client relations teams to promote ILA Program including identifying opportunities for increased utilization of program.
    5. Manage red flag issues, incident reports, etc. Establish and execute contingency strategies to minimize recurring concerns.
    6. Assist in implementing programs in new markets.
    7. Coordinate and attend community events for expanded awareness and promotion of Tivity Health fitness products and services.
    8. Build collaborative relationships within external fitness associations, other industry groups and community organizations.
    9. Research class programming trends "what's hot" and make recommendations for program enhancements.
    10. Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor's degree required (in sales/marketing/communication/health-related field/ fitness/business)

     

    Experience: Three or more years’ experience in managed care, fitness industry,

    sales/marketing, or client services

     

    Knowledge / Skills

    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Ability to deliver effective presentations
    • Knowledge of healthcare or fitness industry
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
    • Detail-focused, good event and project planning skills
    • Ability to function independently with little supervision
