  • Description/Responsibilities

    The Marketing Coordinator assists with the day-to-day execution of core Marketing functions such as collateral development and material review by internal/external stakeholders, as well as seasonal functions such as print and digital new member communications and Sales education and support.  Marketing Coordinator also collaborates cross-functionally to support production/fulfillment needs, campaign cost tracking, data reporting, campaign analyses and planning event logistics for seminars or conferences.


    Essential Job Responsibilities:


    1. Responsible for the execution and tactical integration of health plan client Marketing plans.
    2. Become proficient in all systems and software needed to complete Marketing tasks.
    3. Serve as the communication liaison between Account Executives, Creative and Marketing teams as well as other internal stakeholders.
    4. Support campaigns and pilots on a tactical level to drive member engagement while meeting business and client objectives.
    5. Assist with Marketing cost tracking, data reporting, campaign analyses and event logistics for seminars or conferences.
    6. In partnership with Creative team, assist with Sales/Marketing tools (presentation materials, collateral, etc.) with appropriate messaging, talking points and graphics.
    7. Work collaboratively with cross functional teams ensuring integration of National/Regional Marketing initiatives and pilots.
    8. Maintain current understanding of industry practice on Marketing communications and make recommendations to positively impact communication strategy.


    Additional duties and projects as requested.



    Education: Bachelor’s degree or additional Marketing experience preferred.


    Experience: One or more years’ experience in Marketing, Communications or program management role

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Excellent time management skills; Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities
    • Highly organized, creative self-starter
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office
