You will lead and build cross-functional teams tied to encouraging consumers to increase their participation in this exciting new program and will lead the development of additional, innovative products and services. You will work closely with customers, executive leadership, operations, sales, and other functional teams to deliver high quality, relevant products.
You must be a true product visionary and have the ability and presence to deliver a persuasive product story. You enjoy spending time in the market to understand customer problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market. As the product director of flip50, you will represent the voice of the customer and influence the programming, content management and user experience strategy to drive this critical program. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy and the resourcefulness to drive significant growth. This person will develop new ideas based on industry experience and connect with customers, prospects, and partners to nurture a vibrant ecosystem and deliver well-positioned and priced products to the market.
You will manage the entire product life cycle, including market analysis, conceptual design, functional design, development, and launch/go-to-market. You will be responsible for supervising the design of program process flows, writing functional specifications for products, finalizing the products’ value proposition, assisting in the development of training programs and verifying operational readiness for product launch. You will foster close working relationships with Sales, Client Relations/Account Management, Marketing, Pricing, Product Development and Operations teams to effectively leverage expertise and resources to achieve business objectives.
