Our Marketing Intern will play a critical role in helping to increase brand awareness, promote member engagement, and drive growth for Tivity Health’s portfolio of brands which include SilverSneakers, WholeHealth Living, PRIME Fitness, and others.
You will assist with development, implementation and evaluation of brand awareness campaigns, member acquisition and engagement initiatives, and brand messaging across all engagement platforms, while supporting the goals of the business.
- Build Brand Awareness - Assists with the coordination and communication of marketing campaigns dedicated to building brand awareness and affinity among general market audiences through various channels.
- Support Member Acquisition - Supports member acquisition goals by owning preparation and communication of marketing toolkit resources for health plans and agents/brokers in advance of Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
- Drive Member Engagement - Partners with Creative and Performance Marketing teams to develop and test evergreen and seasonal marketing initiatives aimed at maximizing member engagement and revenue.
- Represent the Brand and Members - Understands and applies brand standards when developing or reviewing marketing materials for stakeholders across the business, while aiming to deliver a consistently positive experience for our members/consumers.
Looking for a smart, highly motivated, and experienced candidate to join our small but mighty Corporate Systems team at Tivity Health. This role will be the primary point of contact, advocate, and subject matter expert for implementing and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role will partner with the Marketing Technology Strategist and Marketing department to coordinate changes within Salesforce Marketing Cloud during and after go-live. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have exceptional technological abilities and analytical skills, as well as top notch customer service skills.
- Administration
- Handle all administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
- Oversee Salesforce support cases, understanding scope to ensure completion and correct resolution.
- Stay current on the platform’s new tools, capabilities, and update teams.
- Help gather annual requirements for contract renewals from all departments.
- Identifies and/or supports and coordinates issues when they arise, quickly diagnoses root causes, implements appropriate solutions, and escalates accordingly.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment. And an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
- Change Management
- Effectively function as the liaison between our users, stakeholders, vendors, and the application development teams (IT).
- Experience with Change Management to create plans that result in greater acceptance and adoption of new systems and processes.
- Staying abreast of upcoming Salesforce releases, informing users, and ensuring Tivity Health is prepared and considerate of the changes.
- Reporting
- Deliver Custom Reporting capabilities.
- Monitor account usage (senders, send volume, data extension storage, etc.) to ensure no overage charges.
- Monitors key operational metrics and responds as necessary to ensure consistently superior operational performance.
- Partner with Enterprise Data Intelligence team on strategies and delivery of reporting for marketing across Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence and Tableau, when needed.
- Process Improvement / Documentation
- Develop approach documentation, process flows, and/or business requirements for new capabilities and products needed to support campaigns, including all cross-functional stakeholders from operations and IT in the review.
- Assist in training new users and growing the Salesforce skillsets in the Marketing organization.
- Creates, coordinates, and executes user acceptance test plans to ensure successful launch of new capabilities.
- Aware of SMS compliance, best practices, and industry standards.
- Familiar with HIPAA Compliance and other regulatory best practices.

We are looking for a Regional Growth Manager based in Chicago, IL to join our National Growth Team. You will focus on supporting our Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement health plan clients at a local level within your geographic territory of influence. You will also interact with our older adult members to help us grow our brands and increase program engagement. In this role, you will work directly with our Client Relations Account Executive team, collaborating to develop key relationships and drive strategies for growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and fostering key health plan leader relationships
- Conducting regular strategy meetings with regional sales contacts
- Training regional health plan contacts to influence member engagement
- Supporting growth-driven health plan events in the community
- Serving as a local support for key network locations to increase member engagement
- Monitoring regional competitive intelligence
- Meeting or exceeding client service level objectives including growth in member acquisition, member activation, and brand affinity.
This role will focus on sales strategy and overarching efforts focused on increasing revenue. This role will be responsible for understanding market forces and competitive intel, as well as goal setting and strategy development for new sales and current client upsells. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind with the ability to act as an inspirational adviser and business partner while working cross functionally with Sales, Client Relations, Marketing, and Public Relations.
- Proactively identify, develop, and drive key sales strategies that deliver long term profitable growth based on industry needs and sales process insights.
- Provide consultation to the Client Relations and Sales teams around product positioning and sales approach to ensure the team is taking advantage of all opportunities to increase revenue.
- Responsible for the development, and continuous update, of sales strategy frameworks, competitive insights, trend assessments, and market sizing in order to influence strategies to increase market share of Tivity products.
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure Sales and Client Relations are hitting goals and generating sufficient quality pipeline to meet quarterly revenue targets.
