  • Description/Responsibilities

    1. Account Management support: Assist the COS team with delivery of services to our clients by supporting requests and resolving customer issues.  Serve as a point of contact to internal customers regarding day-to-day service delivery.
    2. Issue Resolution: Assist with the research of client and member inquiries to provide root cause analysis.  Help identify and develop resolution strategies.
    3. Communication: Collaborate with the COS team and internal departments to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
    4. Eligibility Data: Projects:  Ability to work independently to research best practices and/or market trends to identify and address gaps associated with on-going responsibilities.
    5. Miscellaneous:  Represent client within cross-functional teams.  Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required. 


    Education 4 year degree/diploma or equivalent additional client service experience.

    Experience 3 or more years’ experience in general an account management or project support role, or operational client services function.

    • Strong organization and prioritization skills
    • Process-oriented, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    • Knowledge of the healthcare, managed care and/or fitness industry
    • Detail conscious with a high degree of accuracy
    • Proficiency using MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio
    • Experience working in cross-functional work groups
