  • Description/Responsibilities

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Designing, develop, and executing test cases based on functional specifications.
    • Develop and execute Test plans
    • Design and develop automation framework in C#
    • Developing automation scripts by utilizing various tools like Coded UI, Selenium and Visual Studio
    • Developing Load testing scripts for performance testing by using Visual studio and Apache JMeter
    • Testing applications by using advanced statistical analysis methods
    • Create complex SQL Queries to verify Application enhancements in SQL server and Oracle Databases
    • Coordinate with Business users and Developers daily for testing efforts.
    • Building, installing and maintaining Test environments.

    Job duties will include following skill sets:

    • C#, SQL, HTML , .NET, Visual Studio, MTM, ORACLE, SQL Server, Coded UI, Selenium, Apache JMeter, SOAP UI, Team Foundation Server, IIS, and MS-Office



    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or equivalent discipline preferred.
    • The minimum work experience necessary to perform the job duties is at least 3 years with Bachelor’s degree or up to one year with Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
    • Prior development experience in .NET or JAVA is preferred.
    • Knowledge of Software Quality Assurance best practices, procedures, and tools.
    • Knowledge of software testing types and methods, which may include White, Black, regression, functional, system and integration testing, etc.
    • Must have strong SQL skills with MS SQL server.
    • Self-starter, with ability to perform QA duties with supervision
    • Effective communicator with ability to coordinate effectively between developers and business users
    • Excellent Analytical skills
    • Detailed understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies
    • Ability to work under deadline pressures and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and other employees
