Our Senior Accounting and Financial Reporting Analyst plays a pivotal role on the Tivity Health Accounting team. Utilizing hands-on accounting experience with an in-depth understanding of accounting principles and best practices, you will work alongside high-integrity colleagues in a fast-paced environment. In this full-time role you will be responsible for several reporting functions related to general accounting activities including analyzing complex financial reports and records, preparing journal entries accurately, preparing monthly financial results, researching and documenting technical accounting matters, monitoring internal controls, and coordinating more complex accounting initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team.   Essential Functions: - Prepare detailed monthly financial statements and variance reports to support management in the review of the monthly operating performance and key performance indicators - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and commentary - Perform research and document conclusions, including writing technical accounting memoranda addressing technical accounting matters - Collaborate with G/L Accounting team, Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Leaders, Operations Finance, and Management to prepare accurate financial reporting - Prepare financial reporting for presentation in regular financial review meetings - Prepare and post accurate monthly journal entries to ensure proper recording of financial transactions - Manage auditor requests and provide supporting documentation to facilitate the Company’s internal and external audit processes - Assist with the oversight and management of the Company’s internal control environment and framework, including adherence to and preparation of certain controls - Assist management and senior leadership with financial information requests and questions - Ensure all reporting deadlines are consistently achieved - Perform other duties as assigned

  Looking for a smart, highly motivated, and experienced candidate to join our small but mighty Corporate Systems team at Tivity Health.  This role will be the primary point of contact, advocate, and subject matter expert for implementing and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud.  This role will partner with the Marketing Technology Strategist and Marketing department to coordinate changes within Salesforce Marketing Cloud during and after go-live.  The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.  The ideal candidate will have exceptional technological abilities and analytical skills, as well as top notch customer service skills.   - Administration - Handle all administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks. - Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades. - Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests. - Oversee Salesforce support cases, understanding scope to ensure completion and correct resolution. - Stay current on the platform’s new tools, capabilities, and update teams. - Help gather annual requirements for contract renewals from all departments. - Identifies and/or supports and coordinates issues when they arise, quickly diagnoses root causes, implements appropriate solutions, and escalates accordingly. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment. And an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner   - Change Management - Effectively function as the liaison between our users, stakeholders, vendors, and the application development teams (IT). - Experience with Change Management to create plans that result in greater acceptance and adoption of new systems and processes. - Staying abreast of upcoming Salesforce releases, informing users, and ensuring Tivity Health is prepared and considerate of the changes.   - Reporting - Deliver Custom Reporting capabilities. - Monitor account usage (senders, send volume, data extension storage, etc.) to ensure no overage charges. - Monitors key operational metrics and responds as necessary to ensure consistently superior operational performance. - Partner with Enterprise Data Intelligence team on strategies and delivery of reporting for marketing across Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence and Tableau, when needed.   - Process Improvement / Documentation - Develop approach documentation, process flows, and/or business requirements for new capabilities and products needed to support campaigns, including all cross-functional stakeholders from operations and IT in the review. - Assist in training new users and growing the Salesforce skillsets in the Marketing organization. - Creates, coordinates, and executes user acceptance test plans to ensure successful launch of new capabilities. - Aware of SMS compliance, best practices, and industry standards. - Familiar with HIPAA Compliance and other regulatory best practices.
