  • Description/Responsibilities

    Tivity Health is looking for a candidate whose primary role will be as a Subject Mater Expert for Identity and Access Management. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, administration, of Tivity Health’s identity platform. They will be required to design and implement solutions for ADFS, MIM, password self-service, Single Sign-on, PAM (Privileged Access Management), PIM (Privileged Identity Management), JIT (Just in Time), JEA (Just Enough Administration). The candidate should also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively with others, and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. They should also have good organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and competing demands and work autonomously.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all Identity platforms (AD, ADFS, SSO, MIM, etc.)

    • Serve as a technology advocate/evangelist by finding ways to bring advanced features and functions of MIM (Microsoft Identity Management)  into the business

    • Ability to perform migrations and upgrades

    • Provide technical expertise around Identity architecture, set-up, maintenance, problem resolution and overall management of all platforms.

    • Implemented and maintained Password Self-service using MIM

    • Develop extensive platform monitoring strategy

    • Ability to successfully manage under pressure and respond to critical or changing priorities throughout the day 

    • Capable of supporting a 24/7 coverage model with on call responsibilities

    • Provide direct and remote L3 application/server support for environments

    • Strong documentation and communication skills o Optimize employee satisfaction through a strong commitment to communications and customer service o Document configurations and procedures that will be transitioned to the help desk or support teams o Help to develop policy and procedures REQUIREMENTS:

    • Expert-level knowledge and experience in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM / FIM), Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory

    • Additional experience with Office 365, Exchange and Azure IAAS is strongly preferred

    • Experience with supporting technologies such as ADFS, SQL, and Windows OS

    • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar role

    • Holds (& maintains) MCITP, MCTS, MCM, MCSA, MCSE or other certifications

    • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years of professional experience

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to concisely and effectively address questions while providing subject matter expertise

    • Ability to successfully manage under pressure and respond to critical or changing priorities throughout the day

    • Ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, and to connect technological solutions with measurable business value

    • Demonstrates ability to develop innovative technical approaches as complete solutions to business problems

    • Demonstrates exceptional listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills

    • Ability to consider solution impact and long-term effects of decisions/solutions

    •Success-driven works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic environment managed Services Operations SMEs must have general knowledge across all of the technologies and expertise in at least two to three of:

    • Enterprise infrastructure environments – Active Directory and Systems Management concepts

    • Exchange & Skype for Business online / on prem, Enterprise Mobility Suite

    • Advanced Azure IAAS management & administration

    • Powershell 


    • Expert-level knowledge and experience in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM / FIM), or comparable identity management experience using 3rd party)

    • Additional experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Server (2010/2016/EXO/Hybrid)

    • Experience with supporting Active Directory Federation Services (or comparable SAML/SSO/Federation administration experience)

    • Experience in supporting Active Directory Domain Services

    • Knowledge of best-practices in Active Directory architecture, policy, and operations

    • Experience Privileged Access Management/Privileged Identity Management

    • Strong Working knowledge of Windows server environments

    • Strong Powershell Scripting ability

    • Must have the ability to work well both in a team environment and independently

    • Experience with TMG\UAG\WAP (Web Application Proxy)   Desired Skills:

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in mid-large enterprise deployments

    • 5+ years’ experience working in a global (multi-country) environment

    • 3+ years Microsoft  SCOM /SCCM

    • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) management (Gemalto, RSA)

    • Group Policy Management

    • DirectAccess

    • PKI

    • Power BI Education/OR Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or 3 – 5  yrs. experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    • Holds (& maintains) MCITP, MCTS, MCM, MCSA, MCSE or other certifications

    • ITIL Foundations
